Delete Your Account
Deleting your account is permanent and immediate. All your data will be erased and cannot be recovered. There is no waiting period.
How to delete from the app
Open the Solveo app
Make sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.
Go to your Profile
Tap the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to Danger Zone
Scroll to the bottom of your profile screen and find the "Danger Zone" section.
Tap "Delete Account"
A confirmation dialog will appear explaining what will be deleted.
Confirm the deletion
Tap Confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently and immediately deleted.
What gets deleted
- ✕Your authentication record and login credentials
- ✕All AI analysis history
- ✕All saved results and bookmarks
- ✕Your preferences and settings
- ✕All feedback you've submitted
- ✕Your subscription record
- ✕All custom maintenance tasks
- ✕All appliance records
Can't access the app?
If you can't access your account or the app, email us and we'll delete your account manually within 30 days.

Premium subscribers — cancel first
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To avoid being charged after deletion, cancel your subscription before deleting your account:
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Solveo → Cancel
