2. What data we collect

2.3 Data we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your precise GPS location.
- We do not access your camera, microphone, or contacts.
- We do not collect payment card data (handled exclusively by Google Play).
- We do not build advertising profiles or sell your data to any third party.

4. How we use your data
- Providing the service. Your problem descriptions are sent to the OpenAI API to generate AI responses. OpenAI processes this data as a data processor on our behalf.
- Saving history. Analyses are stored in your account so you can review them later.
- Usage limits. We count requests to enforce plan limits (5/day free; 200/week premium).
- Newsletter. If you opt in, we may send product updates, tips, and offers. Unsubscribe anytime via the email link or in Settings → Newsletter.
- Analytics. We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics to understand usage patterns. No individual user is identifiable from these statistics.

When you delete your account (Profile → Danger zone → Delete account), we immediately and permanently delete your authentication record, all analysis history, preferences, feedback, and subscription record.
6. Third-party processors
We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to provide the service:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
7. International data transfers
Solveo and its processors are based in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, your data is transferred to the USA. These transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under GDPR Art. 46 and contractual protections per our data processing agreements. By using Solveo you acknowledge these transfers. 8. Your rights
8.1 All users
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Delete your account at any time via Profile → Danger zone.
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
8.2 EU / EEA users (GDPR)
You additionally have the right to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority at edpb.europa.eu.
8.3 California users (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what data we collect, delete it, opt out of its sale (we do not sell data), and be free from discrimination for exercising rights. Email support@solveoapp.com with subject line "CCPA Request".
9. Children's privacy
Solveo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at support@solveoapp.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt-hashed passwords, Row-Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, and service-role keys never exposed to clients.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to support@solveoapp.com.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
