1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Solveo mobile application ("App", "Service"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who can use Solveo
You must be at least 13 years old to use Solveo. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By accepting these Terms you represent that:
- You are at least 13 years old.
- You are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.
- You will use the App only for lawful purposes.
3. What Solveo is — and is not
Solveo provides AI-generated guidance for home, appliance, and everyday problem-solving.
⚠️ Important safety notice
For anything involving gas lines, mains electricity, structural elements, or any safety-critical system, you must consult a qualified licensed professional before acting. Solveo takes no responsibility for damage, injury, or loss arising from acting on AI-generated content.
Solveo is not a licensed contractor, electrician, plumber, or tradesperson, and is not a source of medical, legal, or financial advice. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Following AI-generated guidance is done entirely at your own risk.
4. Accounts
4.1 Registration
You may use basic features as a guest. To save history, sync preferences, or purchase premium, you must create an account using a valid email address.
4.2 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@solveoapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.3 Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and immediate. See also our account deletion guide.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the App or its API.
- Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions.
- Use the App to train competing AI models.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
6. Premium subscription
6.1 Plans
Solveo offers a free tier and a paid Premium plan. Plan details, pricing, and features are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
6.2 Billing
Subscriptions are processed exclusively by Google Play (Android). We never receive or store your payment card information. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6.3 Cancellation and refunds
Cancel via Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Solveo → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by Google's refund policy.
7. Intellectual property
Our content: The Solveo name, logo, design, and all original content are owned by or licensed to us.
Your content: You retain ownership of the problem descriptions you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
AI output: AI-generated responses are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute AI outputs as your own product.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SAFE TO FOLLOW, OR THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLVEO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SAVINGS, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) €10 EUR.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solveo and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Modifications
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time and may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation poses a risk to other users. On termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia (EU), without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days, then may be submitted to the competent courts of Slovenia. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
